Kursaal Conference Centre

The Kursaal Conference Centre is an emblematic building designed by the architect Rafael Moneo, composed of two translucent cubes that emerge next to the sea, symbolising rocks stranded on the beach.
ts unique architectural design has made it a modern icon of San Sebastian. Lighting plays a key role in its visual identity: the cubes are lined with a translucent material that allows the light inside to filter through to the outside, creating a 'giant lantern' effect at night.
This lighting system is dynamic, allowing it to adapt to the city's events and festivities. Inside, the light is carefully designed to highlight the purity of the lines and provide a functional and welcoming atmosphere for congresses, concerts and exhibitions.
